Our New York City Meetings, Weddings & Banquet Facilities...
Our Penthouse is the most classical of the Roger
Smith's New York City meeting facilities. The 16th floor penthouse is both a gorgeous setting for an intimate
party and the perfect backdrop for your next executive meeting in New York City. All of our meeting & banquet
space is cozy and gives the impression of an old-world living room or parlor with the dramatic vaulted ceiling,
the plush furniture, a grand piano, a full Oriental rug and...high speed wireless internet! Talk about the best
of both worlds!! The Penthouse is flanked on one side by a terrace that runs the length of the building. It allows
a view of both the East River and the Hudson. The rooftop garden at the far end of the 16th floor is a wonderful
addition to any Penthouse event that coincides with warm weather... and look out for Smitty's Sky Bar on the terrace
in the summer! |

Winthrop Room:
The Winthrop Room on the Mezzanine level
is the hotel's most traditional corporate meeting space. With high speed wireless internet, white walls, a
regal red carpet and two large blocks of windows providing non-streetfront natural light, this 600 square
foot space is ideal for any kind of meeting. |

Screening Room:
The Screening Room is our newest and funkiest
space. With the combination of wide-plank, blond pine floors and massive oil painting murals adorning the walls,
the atmosphere is colorful and inspires great creativity. By day, the space can accommodate meetings, working
lunches or lectures. By night, the room assumes a certain formality and is ideal for parties with delicate star-shaped
lanterns casting a festive glow over the space. It has been fun exploring the versatility of the space as it has proven
to be a natural backdrop to dance parties, dinner parties, cocktail parties, press conferences and meetings (...has
wireless internet!). |

Lab Gallery:
The Lab Gallery is the Roger Smith's street-level
exhibition space. The Gallery can be used for exhibitions and product displays, wonderful for street traffic at the
busy corner of Lexington Avenue and 47th Street. It is also a unique urban setting for cocktail parties and intimate
dinners. |
